The purpose is to promote and stimulate interest in the paint horse by sponsoring Paint Horse Shows,SECTION VI . Organization Meeting . The President shall preside as chairman of the Board of encouraging pleasure and trail riding and promote interest in the Paint Horse as a breed . Directors . A quorum of meetings shall be twenty (20) members .
